I waited several months to write a review since I was initially concerned with their durability. I can now confidently say these are my favorite pants I've ever worn. I switched from my usual heavyweight loose fit denim dungaree to these when the temps got unbearable in southern California. The Force Huron pants are much thinner and extremely stretchy which worried me as far as durability goes, but from a comfort standpoint they were unmatched. These are much cooler than the denim Carhartt's I was used to. For those reviewers who say they aren't cool I would argue that although these aren't 100% polyester sun pants, they strike a perfect and very necessary balance between comfort and durability. I'm an industrial electrician and am often climbing over pipelines, up and down ladders and kneeling on concrete. These have held up over several months of use and even if they only lasted a year I would buy them all over again. Please Carhartt, never stop making these pants.

These pants are absolutely not quick dry and they showed signs of sweat all day long with the grey color. They were also a little sticky as well. The material feels heavy to the touch, and I believe it made me hotter. I used these for the first time in South Florida working on a parking lot all day in 95+ temperatures, and they were not great. I have another older pair of Carhartt which are 10X better for working in the heat BN6265-M which are not made any longer. I cant recommend these pants for hot climates.

Accurate fit at waist. Soft and comfortable. Too soon to review durability. I'm using these to replace my everyday jeans. I have short legs, so I ordered the shortest possible. Then my lovely wife hemmed them. I wish the industry would note the OUTSEAM, since that's the most accurate way to ensure an accurate length from where it sits on the waist. The INSEAM is totally dependent on how much "skosh more room" the maker builds into the crotch. Carhartt - blaze the trail. Be the first to publish the OUTSEAM !

Perfect fit and durable

I've tried just about every popular work pant out there, and the Carhartt Huron Pant is the first one that has completely replaced my Lee Extreme Motion pants. The Hurons are noticeably more comfortable during long workdays, especially when moving around equipment, climbing in and out of trucks, or walking jobsites. The stretch fabric moves naturally without feeling baggy, and the fit stays comfortable all day. The waistband is one of the biggest improvements for me-it flexes when needed without feeling restrictive. What really stands out is that the Hurons manage to be lightweight and comfortable while still feeling durable enough for daily use. They look professional, hold their shape well, and don't feel worn out after a long day on the road or at the jobsite. I've worn a lot of different pants over the years, but nothing has compared to the Carhartt Huron. For anyone who likes the comfort of Lee Extreme Motion and wants something better suited for work, these are worth every penny.
